Why lead cycling tours?

Why we do what we do...

Our aim is to share our experience of cycling on Anglesey and our knowledge of the island's history, archaeology and wildlife to encourage and enable people to cycle for leisure.

We believe that there's great enjoyment to be had in an immersive experience of the countryside.

With so many miles of quiet roads, so many historic monuments and beautiful places to choose from on Anglesey, we feel we've done the hard pedal work, to select some of the best routes, views and places to visit for you!

Who we are…

Green Lane Bike Tours has been set up by Elinor Elis-Williams, who leads rides assisted by a number of experienced freelance cyclists.

Elinor learned to ride a bike as an adult and has cycled practically all the back roads of Anglesey over recent years.

Elinor also volunteers as a British Cycling Breeze Champion.and is insured through British Cycling.
